    really really awesome recipies ……….. m a pure vegetarian indian living in germany where vegetarian is next to impossible…..
    i tried making aloo paratha many times but when i m stuffing the aloo in the dough and use belan to give it a flat round shape my paratha gets torned and alooo starts comming out of it which is uncontrollable
    plzzz suggest me something to make a perfect aloo stuffed flat round paratha

  6. Hi Auntie: Wonderful recipe! Some people are good at cooking, Some people are good at teaching. Very few people, like you, can do both very well. Question for you. I noticed you used a food processor for the dough. Will I get the same results if I use your recipe for roti (using my hand) for aloo parathas?

    Yes I just wanted to show tat this is also a option, you can do the dough just like roti.

  8. Hi manjula Aunty,when you use a food processor for mixing chappathi dough,i should use the chopping mode or the grinding mode?or do you do it by taking the blades out?Please advice.

  25. Hi Auntie, can you please help me, I need to know how soft the potato should be so that i can easily roll my paratha. I do make several types of parathas, but with aloo it always tears open I think the aloo is over boiled. Can you suggest something please. Thanks
