  2. In the red curry paste video he added the lemongrass first then the
    galangal. It’s not the same as green but maybe it’s the same order as green

  3. My curry paste always seems far wetter than this. I’ve been using fish
    sauce instead of shrimp paste. Could this be where I’m going wrong? It’s
    making it more difficult to grind my paste up to the consistency in the
    video. ?
