Use of fresh herbs such as cilantro, basil, oregano etc not only enhance the taste of food but are also healthy and good for the human body in some way or the other. Yes, they are really simple to follow dinner recipes. Saving a lot of time and energy, these easy dinner recipes also have a variety of pastes and spreads used. These can be prepared in advance and can be stored for weeks together. Also, a variety of sauces and fruit preserves are incorporated into each of these dinner recipes to make it quick and easy. This saves a lot of our time and enables us to divert our attention to our areas such as child care, home maintenance etc.

Many times we find that these easy dinner recipes ask us to simply marinate the fish or meat or even the chicken in these pastes and then grill them or bake them. Now that is simple and is easy to cook as well. Grilling or baking makes really healthy dinner recipes as they involve less oil and therefore fewer calories. These recipes are useful as well as very helpful especially when you have a large number of guests at your home and would love to spend time with them rather than cooking in the kitchen.
