  1. Thanks for your support. You will get past the stall. I bet by now you
    have. SizeX is going good. Of course we always want the results quicker but
    we are learning a lot. Getting connected with other businesses and getting
    the word out to the people who can benefit. Remember to look at the big
    picture, overall avg loss not last night’s loss. You know that but I have
    to remind myself. Phase 3 is going good. Weraing a size 8. OMG!!! Hard to
    get used the attention I’m getting.

  8. HEY There… Yes eat what ever you want. Focus on high fat food. try to get
    3000 calories into your diet for the 2 load days. It will hard and you will
    be glad to start on 500 calories a day..lol You can always ask me and if I

  9. Meek, you need to eat HIGH FAT Foods for the load days. Good ones are
    Italian Sausage, bacon, braunschweiger, walnuts, macadamia nuts, salad
    dressing, whipping cream, sour cream, cheddar cheese, avocados, olives, and
    peanut butter.

    is enough stuff to keep mixing and mixing.
