    Hello, I did some searching for you (I was kind of interested in a substitute as wel), and read a lot of things about oil. But I also read this;
    Butter is a completely natural food essential to your health – especially when you eat organic. Also, please make the extra effort to obtain high-quality organic, raw butter.
    Not only this is said about butter, but also a whole lot of other things. I can’t provide the link on youtube :( Just search for it on google if you want.

  16. @Bobby25ification calories aren’t bad whats bad is eating too much of them… most people are supposed to eat 2000 calories a day… some people eat more then what their suppose to. Those people that eat more are eating more calories then what their body is suppose to consume and that’s why they start gaining weight. And it really doesn’t matter if somedays you eat more calories that what your supposed to as long as you go to the gym and try to burn off the excess calories…

  18. @artifiser agreed. i like her substitutes for flour and sugar, as those are processed ingredients, and i also skim of the fat of soups and the like, but i think her reduced fat options for butter and cream and mayo are unecessary. mayo is eggs oil and vinegar; how is that bad for you? yes it’s fattening, but you need fat, especially the good kind. Trying to reduce the calories of something just for the sake of it will only make you want whatever it is more.
    so go butter!

  21. Cooking is what Chefs do. You go out to eat. There is what we call McDonald’s and Taco Bell. Healthy Vegetarian and Subway For everyday.

    Family of 6 every meal. Add dish-washing = $625.00
    $200.00 for a weeks Dinner (7 days).
    $200.00 for a weeks Breakfast (7days).
    $200.00 for a weeks Lunch (7 days).

    Compared to 6 people eating $6.00 Fast Food meal.
    3 meals a day = $18.00 x 6 = $108.00
    $108 A Day x 7 = $756 dollars a week.
    Feeds 6 people without needing to wash dishes and clean up.

  23. Save on sugar.When a recipe calls for 1 tsp of vanilla use 1 tbs of vanilla instead.It has to be pure natural vanilla not flavoring you can cut down the sweetening in half.Great for cutting down on sugar.This won’t make a difference in the taste.
