    Great job….BTW, you can try having the buns or the loafs stretched almost into a square. Then, spread Cinnamon and sugar…. Role into loafs and bake it……. Your kids will love it ;-)

  8. As I experience! I just made cakes last week, I put 1 pkg (pink pkg) of baking powder to make it soft inside the buns; also if you add honey into the bread they will make the bun soft longer. (hope you understand my grammar, sometimes I’m clumsy talks hihih) god bless you my friend.

  9. instead of having 7 cups of flour… I just used 6 and it was not so thick… and if you want more air… give more time for it rise…

  11. Agamum1 she lives in a high altitude area. So less yeast is needed. If not that rising dough will climb out of the bowl and across the counter. At least mine tried when I first moved here from Washington several years ago. I think those loaves came out looking perfect.

  14. Made this today. It was fun and easy. I just went by your recipe. Wish i would have watched the video first. I made it a little more complicated than you do. Still, I was very happy with my results. thanks for doing all of your videos. I love them.

    When I put my dough to Rise…It did rise, but did not double in size.
    I know its winters now a days, so whats the best way to give it the right warm temperature to rise ?
