I TRIED THIS AT MY PLACE BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT SOME OF THEM TURNED VERY SOGGY…. THAT TOO AFTER DIPPING THEM IN THE SUGAR SYRUP…. CAN I KNOW THE REASON THAT Y HAVE THEY TURNED SO SOFT… SOME OF THEM THAT I FRIED MORE TURNED OUT LIL CRIPS BUT THE REST SOFT LIKE COTTON..

  9. Hi Aunty, I have tried many of your recipes including rajma, chole, spicy alu etc. One doubt reg. this video- Should I make the batter, and put it in pre heated oven for few minutes (but the oven should be off not on?) is that correct, for how many minutes should the batter be in warm oven?

  25. @mranita53 I tried that and it works. You still have to let your batter sit one hour or it will fall apart. Jalebis come out crispy instead of chewy. Still tastes good.
