  2. can you please tell me that how can my gulab jamun come out soft i made them but after putting them in sheera they kind of hard thank you

    make sure fry the gulab jamun on low heat and make the dough soft if the dough is dry add little more milk.

  6. Aunty i made it already! hahahaha everyone loved it and want me to make it again :D i had a problem only the wrapper is much harder i think i should roll it even thinner or i shouldnt fry the samosa too long? thx for this recipe again

  13. can i make the recipe without mango powder. i have been looking for it and it tok me 3 days to find the spices, but didnt find the mango powder :S

    Yes do without mango powder use few drops of lemon juice.

  23. mango powder is also called amchur or amchoor, you will find it in most asian supermarkets.
