  2. You can use chana dal. soak it and drain and cook it along with the mutton mince. Grind the mixture and shape into kababs.

  7. Lovely recipe ,can you pls tell me that can chicken can also be used inplace of goat/lamb meat?

  8. You can replace the mutton mince with chicken mince. Make sure you do not overcook it as it will become rubbery.

  9. awesome recipe i liked it n i ll try this recipe, but the thing is i do not have the grinder like u have, ordinary grinder will do? and if i want dry as in i dont wanna use egg is it fine?

  15. I have tried a lot of your recipes and have received a lot of compliments because of your recipes. Can you please let me know the name of the grinder you use in your cooking? I think it is a handy tool to have in kitchen rather than a mixie.

    I own many Indian cook books. None simplify recipes as you do. You’ve managed to keep flavor, dispel complications and encouraged me make more of this awesome food.
    Thank you for dispelling the myth that Indian food all over the world has to be super spicy. I know this is not the case, none of my family members, extended family members in the last three generations have cooked that way. (It’s the Southern cuisines of India that rely just on lots of oil and chillies.)
