  6. first off i want to say thank you for all your great work, i love watching
    your videos. my comment to you is in regards the soy sauce you used in this
    video, the Aloha Brand Soy Sauce, how did you like it? the reason i ask is
    because i am originally from Hawaii where it is made and now that i live
    here in NorCal i find that the soy sauces available here are way stronger
    in flavor and many have a completely different taste comparing to the Aloha
    Brand. (which i grew up eating)

  15. To me the difference is Thai basil is peppery, yes you may use american
    basil for sure. Thank you for your questions!

    not been watching your videos in order. However, was that an All-Clad fry
    pan I just saw? Not to be a cookware snob, but some of the other pans I
    have seen in other videos have not been nearly so, um, fancy. Did you
    recently do a general upgrade, or just splurge on one pan?
