  3. haha – opps. My fault on the cumin / turmeric thing. She gave me a couple
    of dishes with it – and I could swear it was cumin. I guess I’ve not had
    anything with turmeric before. Cumin was all I could compare it to. I told
    her – CUMIN! hahaha – sorry Joy…

  5. the fish´s head is very good for the health because is rich in fosforo
    whith is nead for children and elders(sorry about the english my main
    linguage is portuguese from Brasil

  7. Oh man! That looks so good! I make peanut sauce quite often and I like
    tamarind! Nice combo! I don’t know about the rest of the viewers here, but
    I make soup out of fish heads like that. I don’t have a steamer as such, so
    I cook fish “En Sous Vide” Sure we call it “peanut brittle” Look here
    sweetheart, if I ever get to Thailand I am coming to dinner at your house
    and that IS a promise!

  11. I don’t know for other culture, but in my Asian family the head is the best
    part and it always goes first..
