Where is the FBI and DHS? This women is openly testing multiple brands and
explaining them in detail. She actually did hands on investigation of over
    8.

Being a chef – she obviously has access to knives too.?

  4. The fissler is the best! My mom has the same fissler pressure cooker for
    more than 20 years!!!?

  5. The advice they give (stainless steel, low wide pots, thick bottom, ) is
valid even though they don’t really follow it with their picks. I gave the
“fat guy with a tight belt” pressure cooker top ratings in my review (he
never scorched anything). I don’t know how they got the Vitaquick to reach
    250F – it’s designed to cook at 8.7 not 15psi!

  6. There reviews are crap I have used a presto pressure cooker for 20 years
last year I just bought a new one it’s just as good as my old one I still
use my old one also they make the best highest quality products I tried
another brand a couple years ago the thing exploded made the worst mess no
I think I will stick with presto it doesn’t have little pop up buttons or
little switches but I’m an adult not a child I’m not looking for a toy ?

  7. Just got my new pressure cooker from Amazon and I really like it. Here is
    the model I got *amzn.?o/1bAQjxA*?

  8. I bought the Fagor…amazing product.?

  9. Hey, what about the electric cookers? #fail?

  10. Presto 8-quart is excellent, base fits completely over standard large
element. SS with thick base, hidden pop up issue really isn’t an issue.
Amazon has it for $70, I paid $52 when I bought mine. Don’t know if mine
hits 15 lbs PSI, but when recipes call for a time, mine is done in that
time. Has 2 shorter handles that are easy to deal with and don’t protrude
dangerously. Broke a handle, once, Customer Service was fast, easy and
    inexpensive. ?

  12. Extremely informative video. Thank you for the thoughtful approach to
discussing pressure cookers. Did you test Stiram Pressure Cookers??

  13. For most cooks the well priced American made Presto stainless steel
pressure cooker works very well. It reaches the necessary 15psi and is
cheaper than all others except maybe the Indian made cooker. My mother
used a Canadian made aluminium 6 qt Presto for over 40 years. I recently
replaced the seals and the pressure regulator which had developed legs and
walked away and still use it for non acid foods. ?

  14. What about the electric digital pressure cookers?

  15. I like that lady. I’m convinced!?

  16. the one they recommended is the same one used by +Everyday Food that Sarah
    Carey uses?

  17. My PRESTO still going strong after couple decades. Love it. Just replace
the rubber seal every few years for couple dollars at hardware store.?

  18. Where are the top brands? These are middle of the road. On conclusion….
    Unfair test. ?

  19. My mother received a SEB pressure cooker as a wedding gift in 1983, this
thing is older than me, used several times a week for pressure cooking and
    normal cooking, still works.?

  20. No discussion of electric…?

  21. Presto Stainless Steel 6 QT, works awesome and was $45.?

  22. A thick bottomed, thin sided stainless pot is great on electric or
induction, not so much on gas. the gasses flow up around the pot causing
the sides above waterline to be well above 212.(or 250 under pressure)
thick walled aluminum is vastly superior with hard anodized reigning
supreme. Nothing sticks like stainless.I’ve got a 45 year old mirro
aluminum pressure cooker that works as well now as the day it was bought.
Used properly it is just as tight as the newest thing on the market and
will still be working 45 years from now. If you take the time to learn how
to use it 2 safetys are more than enough and if you don’t 10 are not .?

  23. Whats up with the electric, you showed it said you tested 4 but didn’t say
whether they were any good! Im wanting an electric wish you wouldn’t have
    forgot about them!?

  24. Extra points for managing to say “Look for a big wide thick disk bottom”
while holding your hands about 15 inches apart.?

  25. Sure would be helpful if ATK would do a test review of electric automatic
pressure cookers. Many are advertised on both QVC and HSN between Power
Pressure Cooker, Elite Pressure Cooker, Wolfgang Puck Pressure Cooker, and
others. Really do not know which pressure cooker is better in performance
    of advertised results. ?
